A critical part of building a diverse talent and leadership pipeline is addressing the inequities that exist in our education system, particularly for students of color. Every student deserves equitable access to quality education and an opportunity for future success.
Our schools must provide equitable opportunities for success to all students through a variety of means, including but not limited to funding, STEM and expanded educational options, social-emotional learning, and recruiting and retaining educators of color.
As employers, educators, community members, and advocates, it is important that we push for equity within our education system.
